About Us
Founded by Asheville area arborist James Haddad, WNC Arbor Alliance is an organization built on collaboration and compassion.
After witnessing the widespread devastation caused by Hurricane Helene, James saw the urgent need for accessible, high-quality tree care services in Western North Carolina. With this vision, the Alliance was created to:
- Unite arborists passionate about giving back to their communities.
- Partner with sponsors, donors, and government programs to fund critical tree work.
- Address tree-related safety hazards, storm damage, and environmental challenges for underserved communities.
Together, we’re making a difference—one tree, one property, and one community at a time.
